Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If there are postal delays at the time of postage, this is beyond the control of Sheppon Designs. There may a short delay with some orders if there are high demands for some items; these will be reordered as soon as possible and with minimal disruption to our normal service. 

Mainland UK Postage Rates - all delivered using second class postage. 

For calculated postage rates:

• All other postage £3.50
• Free delivery over £30
